ITCM WorkTracker automatically collects activity from the tools you already work in and builds a complete picture of your workday. Instead of trying to reconstruct where the time went after the fact, you get a ready-made, traceable basis for time reporting and invoicing — per day, per project and per client.
WorkTracker integrates Toggl, Jira, GitHub, Google Calendar, Gmail and Excel, among others. Time sources such as Toggl, the calendar and Excel form the basis for billable time, while the other sources enrich the picture with what actually happened during the day — meetings, emails, tickets and code shipped.
WorkTracker exposes an MCP interface (Model Context Protocol), allowing AI assistants like Claude to read and work with your activity data. This opens the door to agentic workflows — from automatic summaries of your day and week to the AI picking up tasks from your todo list and driving them forward.
WorkTracker grew out of our own needs as consultants: reporting time accurately without spending time on administration. We use it ourselves every day — and keep evolving it with new sources and smarter AI support.
