In 2015, Aron and Martin left their roles at large consulting firms. Not because they were unhappy with the pay or their colleagues — but because they were tired of the short-term thinking.
Project after project, they saw the same pattern: solutions delivered quickly that fell apart within a year. Customers treated as transactions instead of partners.
ITCM was built on the opposite. We take on fewer projects, but we do them properly. We say no to work that is not a good fit. And we stay long after launch.
